This Lipstick kisses vinyl 17oz mug was made with all the normal processes only to find a blemish/ fault in the glass & no lid. There is a portion of the top glass edge which is bumpy/ wavy. It is not rough or sharp in anyway and the glass is still smooth to touch, just wavy This would have been a fault while in the manufacturing stage and will not affect the use of the mug itself or the design.
